Background

Our client, a major multinational enterprise, had pressing and high-volume multilingual communication needs. They urgently required simultaneous interpreting services and high-quality translations for speeches, documents, and audio files, with a focus on Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Vietnamese, Thai). Their existing communication and translation methods were being hampered by the known shortcomings of general translation models, which delivered inconsistent accuracy and mistranslated proprietary technical terms in critical business communications.
